About Chris Shihadeh

Chris Shihadeh is a successful businessman that operates out of Scottsdale, Arizona. Among the many successful businesses he’s started are a marketing agency, a sales contact center, and an e-commerce website. Mr. Shihadeh leads the digital marketing and lead-generating company Skylab DIgital as its president. His business generates thousands of daily calls for its consumers using internal adverts on major sites like Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and others.

What I Do Now and What I Am Responsible For

Mr. Shihadeh is the CEO and creator of Skylab Digital. The nine-person team at Skylab works to increase traffic to its clients’ websites in the hopes of receiving a phone call or other customer inquiry. They operate in several industries, such as medical, automotive, and Medicare insurance. The daily number of calls from major media platforms like Facebook and Google from their websites is well over eight thousand. At present, Skylab Digital has insurance licenses in six states, and this number is expected to grow.

The market for direct-response advertising is constantly evolving. The Skylab Digital team has substantially invested in technology to ensure they can adapt to the ever-shifting tastes of their clientele. They employ state-of-the-art monitoring technology to put callers in touch with the patrons most likely to help them. Software that uses AI to interact with consumers is also crucial, as are top-tier analytics platforms that set standards that are consistently followed by the business and its clients.

Practicing One’s Profession

Chris has always thought of himself as an entrepreneur. Even before he hit adolescence, he felt like an entrepreneur, thanks to his experiences with everything from lemonade stands to a local car wash. Twenty years later, many firms owe their success to this doggedness. As an undergraduate, he helped establish Consumer Tax Relief, a tax debt relief service. ZipTax, LLC, which Chris co-founded with Jim Dougal in 2012, was built on the foundation of CTR. Using the power of mass media, particularly television and radio, they rapidly became a household name across the country. Regarding tax debt, ZipTax’s team of tax attorneys and enrollment professionals would settle over $50 million with the IRS on behalf of its customers.

Towards the end of 2015, Chris decided to stop working as a tax accountant and instead devote his time to starting a marketing agency. Digital marketing is a need for modern organizations, and Marketing War was created to help with that. After a slow start (months), he pivoted to performance marketing focusing on the banking sector. Within weeks, Marketing War was generating over 2500 daily calls for student loans.

To strengthen its foothold in the mortgage industry during the height of the refinancing boom, Marketing War began doing business as a subsidiary of Lender Daily, delivering mortgage leads to many of the country’s largest lenders. Over many years, lender Daily sold over $500,000,000 in funded loans, or 1,500 mortgage leads every day. Chris Shihadeh saw the need for company diversification and expanded into the auto and health insurance industries.
